Panchkund is Vesta Avtar’s all-day restaurant — a warm, unhurried dining space that opens for breakfast and stays with you through lunch and dinner. Derived from the Sanskrit words “Panch" (meaning five) and “Kund" (meaning well), Panchkund is a nod to the rich historical tapestry of Pushkar. Just as the mythical pilgrimage to the Five Wells promises purification of the soul, our restaurant promises to immerse you in a culinary journey that awakens your taste buds and ignites your spirit.

The restaurant sits adjacent to the pool, looking out over the water and the gardens beyond. When the mornings are cool and the evenings are kind, breakfast and meals move outside — chairs set by the poolside, food arriving fresh from the kitchen, the garden alive with light. This is the Vesta Avtar Breakfast Experience at its best: a proper, varied spread of North Indian and South Indian options, with fresh juices, seasonal fruits, and excellent chai and coffee to start your day the right way.
